Server Error

We have spent some time on Anna Maria Island over the past few years and my wife had talked about looking for a condominium on the island. Kathleen was the only agent who responded to my wife’s e-mails and internet inquiries. Even though we gave her no indication that we were doing anything but casually looking at places, she graciously showed as a condominium on the day before we were leaving. There was no pressure to buy the condo nor were we pushed to look at places that were more expensive than we had intended.

The condominium, of course, was perfect and we ended up negotiating the contract while at the Tampa Airport waiting to go back to NH. Kathleen was quite instrumental in facilitating the process even though we were doing large parts of it from a distance. Her advise about an offering price and how to structure a closing contract was spot on. Throughout the closing process, she was always available for questions and to help us with the many details that are difficult to accomplish remotely. Having had a previous bad experience with the closing process in NH, it was quite gratifying to have this go so well.

If you are looking to buy your dream house on AMI, I would recommend Kathleen as an agent without reservation. She is extremely good at what she does. Her agency (Island Real Estate) is also first rate. I would certainly use her services again, but I think she found us the perfect house for retirement so I don’t think we will be moving any time soon. Might be an example of doing one’s job TOO WELL.
